I am a founding partner of the law firm of Harrill & Sutter, P.L.L.C. I earned my Juris Doctor from the Little Rock Division of the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1974, where I served as co-editor of the Law Review, Little Rock Division. I received the AM Jur Award in property and the CJS Award in corporations.

In 30 years of law practice, I have experience in almost all areas of civil practice. In recent years, practice has been concentrated in creditor representation in bankruptcy court, commercial litigation, including open accounts, transportation law, construction law, lien foreclosures, warranty, UCC Article 2A financing leases and insurance premium litigation.

I successfully represented victims of attorney malpractice in bankruptcy court and other attorney malpractice in cases of missed deadlines and mistaken application of law.

I have served as counsel to numerous decedent estate administrations in probate court and represented guardians of the estate of numerous incompetent wards.

I have represented numerous buyers and sellers of real estate in negotiating and reviewing contracts for purchase or sale of property, reviewing real estate closing papers and other associated documents.

I have set up numerous small business corporations, negotiated contracts, and litigated corporate contract disputes.

I have litigated breach of warranty of habitability cases involving new home construction and represented clients in actions for damages, or to revoke acceptance of defective housing.

I have written numerous wills and counseled the families with respect to decedent and incompetence estate administrations.
